CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
If you change your mind about your purchase, please submit your ticket via this form, provide your order number and the modification you would like to apply. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.
Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 2 hours. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or edited.
All purchases can be returned within 30 days of receipt of your last package. The length of time we accept returns from customers is 30 days (including working days and non-working days). If 30 days have gone by since the delivery day, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.

Please note Since our products are customized, we do not have a return policy, if your item is defective and you need to restore the original item, we will replace it for you free of charge. We believe an exchange or refund can best help solve your problem, seek original items for your use

The following reasons are NOT covered by our 30 days Refund & Replacement Policy. We are not liable for these
- Request for a refund/replacement is after 30 days of productdelivery.
- Pick the wrong size, product, address, custom information, etc
- Product damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
- Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and damagedresulting from the customer's handling
- Personal Reasons due to personal taste, change of mind, etc.
- Products purchased during a sale or any promotion.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team at [email protected] and attach videos and photos within 7 days for diagnostic and quality assurance purposes. - Order number
- Video/photo of defective product
- If your chart printing involves an error, please attach a photo of the error
- If your pose involves sizing, add a tape measure, ruler or ruler to the photo
- If some of your items are missing, please provide us with pictures of the items you received and detailed shipping labels so that we can forward them to our production department to investigate the issue

Do I have to pay for returns?
If conform to The following reasons are covered by our 30 Days FULL Refund/ FREE Replacement Policy, You don't need to return items and pay shipping costs, If not conform towe're unfortunately not able to cover the return shipping cost.
Regarding refunds, you will receive refund confirmation when we complete the process. The refund processing time is 48 hours. The actual arrival time of the refund is determined by your payment method and bank processing time. It generally does not exceed 14 working hours.
